- INFORMATION ON DATA CONTROLLER AND RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED
Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2017 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Act) (Dz.U.UE.L.2016.119.1 z dnia 2016.05.04), further GDPR, we would like to inform you that: - The controller of your personal data is Konimpex Chemicals Sp. z o.o. with its seat at ul. - Your personal data will be processed based on:
- Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR, that is, for purposes resulting from legitimate interests of Konimpex Chemicals or by a third party, that is, as part of the business activity, or alternatively, if the cooperation is not started, pursuant to:
- Art. 6 (1) (a) of GDPR, that is, based on your consent - for ongoing and future business activities, including marketing;
- Art. 6 (1) (b) that is, based on agreement with the audit body in case of audit.
- The recipients of your personal data may include:
- banks, insurance companies, postal operators, courier companies, logistics service providers, training and hotel companies,
- state authorities or other entities authorized under the law.
- Additionally, recipients of your data may include entities cooperating with the data controller based on data processing agreements, for the purpose of performing tasks and services specified in the agreement on behalf of the data controller, especially: IT service providers, companies providing advisory and legal services, document and data carrier destruction services, tax service providers, customs agencies, auditing firms, translation offices, CCTV monitoring service providers, and telecommunication companies.
- Your personal data are not forwarded to the third countries or to international organizations and they are not profiled automatically.
- Your personal data will be stored for a period necessary to implement cooperation, including agreements and claims related to it, based on generally applicable legal regulations. If the cooperation is not started – for no more than 30 days, or alternatively, if you give your consent – until it is withdrawn.
- You have the right to access your data as well as the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, the right to object to their processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any moment without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, when you consider that processing of your data infringes the provisions of the GDPR. Relevant authority in the field of personal data in Poland currently is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Provision of your personal data is voluntary, but simultaneously it is a precondition for cooperation, including conclusion of an agreement. A failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to start cooperation, including conclusion of an agreement.
